Property was pristine and has ALL the amenities for an extended stay. Water views are amazing. Dock is convenient to unit. Host communicates very promptly. We have stayed multiple times and have never been dissapointed. Highly reccomend.
We just returned from an incredible two-week stay at Indigo Reef Unit 41, and it exceeded every expectation. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and one of the best-equipped vacation rentals we've ever stayed in. From the fully stocked kitchen to the comfortable beds and spacious layout, Unit 41 has it all! The location is outstanding. Having our boat slip just steps from the back deck made it incredibly easy to head out fishing every morning and return in the afternoon. We caught tarpon, mahi, tuna, yellowtail, and mangrove snapper during our stay, and being able to clean up and relax back at the house so quickly was a huge plus. The views from the decks are spectacular, especially at sunset. We enjoyed morning coffee overlooking the water and spent evenings grilling fresh fish while watching the sun go down. We were also treated to visits from manatees, which was a highlight for our family and friends. The Indigo Reef property itself is beautifully maintained. The pool is fantastic, the grounds are immaculate, and it's conveniently located near restaurants, grocery stores, Vaca Cut, and everything Marathon has to offer. It was also the perfect home base for fishing, nearby sandbars and snorkeling. Toni has put lot of thought into making this home feel welcoming and comfortable. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and every detail made for a stress-free vacation. If you're looking for the perfect place in the Florida Keys for boating, fishing, or simply relaxing with family and friends, Unit 41 is hard to beat. We can't wait to come back!

We have been staying at Indigo Reef #41 for several years now, always so clean and meticulously maintained and the boat dockage is conveniently located.Toni is the best!!! We always leave there making new friends. The neighbors are always so wonderful and accommodating. We will be coming back for many years. Thank you Toni!!!
Our one week stay at Indigo Reef #41 was just as we had hoped. We aren't fisherman, but it was fun seeing our next door neighbor come in with his catch of the day! Our condo had everything we needed and more beach towels than we could count! Throughout the process, from our first inquiry to check out, Toni couldn't have been more responsive, pleasant, and accurate. We had a minor glitch with the TV set up and one text to Toni had us back up in minutes. It was a pleasure to rent directly from her and to find everything was just as she described. There's no question that she's a competent property manager who loves to share her place with guests. If you're looking for a quieter place with everything you need, we give Indigo Reef #41 a thumbs up! The entrance gate was beautiful and our dedicated parking spot adjacent to the door was very convenient. Both lower and upper level porches were fully furnished making the outside living space great. We loved watching the sunset from upstairs, and we were happy to have our condo proudly fly the USA flag! And, #41 is well-located to enjoy the bay views and have easy access to the pool. If you have a boat, even better; the slip location is perfect! The property is clean and well-maintained. We LOVED the temperature-controlled pool surrounded by palm trees and having a clean restroom right there. Knowing there were enough lounge chairs (with cushions) no matter the time of arrival, was great. Guests appeared to be respectful of others by not "reserving" chairs hours before their arrival or by "holding" them all day. This was our first stay at Indigo Reef but we've stayed in the Marathon / Key Colony Beach area many times. We did discover a new restaurant that we enjoyed and recommend: Irie Island Eats. It's worth a visit even if you don't stay! If you go for breakfast/brunch, be sure to order something with a souffle pancake. It had us returning for more. The early-bird special raw oysters were good at Porky's, and we tried the Plaza Grill which we enjoyed for a full dinner, but it was a bit heavier than we we usually order, and expensive.

The owner, Terri, is/was so easy to work with right from the beginning of making the reservation. Communication was immediately responded to. Would definitely stay here again and can honestly recommend it to anyone. Marathon, itself, was wonderful. Many great places to eat. Our favorite was Sunset Grill. 20 out of 10 rating!!!!!!

The stunning water views were a highlight, creating the perfect backdrop for our trip. One of the best perks of this unit was its unbeatable location—just steps from our boat slip (which isn’t the case for all units on the property) and equally close to the pool, making it incredibly convenient for both boating and lounging. The owner was fantastic—responsive, helpful, and even proactive in sharing travel tips, including a heads-up about potential traffic delays. Their hospitality made our experience even more enjoyable. We feel so lucky to have stayed at #41 for our family vacation and would absolutely return. Highly recommend!
As soon as we arrived at Indigo Reef #41, we knew we had found something spectacular. This trip exceeded every expectation delivering us an island full of activity, relaxation and breathtaking views of the water and sunset right from the deck. The house is immaculately maintained, is decorated with super cool coastal décor and has all the amenities anyone could ask for. The fully equipped kitchen made cooking at home easy and the comfy furniture (couch and beds) provided the perfect place for us to unwind each day. Having our own dock slip was a major plus! We spent many days fishing and soaking up the sun. We can’t recommend Indigo Reef #41 enough! Thank you, Toni, for all the fun recommendations. We checked off several of them but we will need to visit again to see them all. We can't wait to return.
Toni was extremely easy to work with and was helpful in planning activities. House was very clean and had many extras not often found in Vrbo. If you plan on cooking everything you need is in kitchen. Big plus! Location is great. Beautiful sunsets right out back door. Exercise room small but very well equipped and never crowded. . We did find that the pool on warm days has limited seating and had to wait for chairs but that was a minor drawback and common at many places. Would def be back. It was one of the nicest Vrbo we have stayed. If not the nicest! Thank you!!!
The house was beautiful and beautifully decorated. The sunrises and sunsets were to die for. The view off the back deck was amazing. The pool was wonderful and had a lot of seating for everyone. I would definitely love to go back and would highly recommend it to family and friends.

Indigo Reef # 41 is absolutely spectacular! The house is emaculate and very cozy. The views of the sunset and water and stunning! The pool is beautiful and large for everyone to enjoy. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone as it is top notch. The rental owner is amazing and very attentive and will make sure that you enjoy your stay! If you are still deciding whether to book, do it fast! I travelled from England with my elderly parents, my partner and two teenage boys. Right from booking the house, Toni, the owner was so helpful and supplied me with lots of great information about the house, the area and the Florida Keys. Indigo Reef as a resort is immaculate and just off the highway and has the most stunning views. The house is even better than its photos and equipped with everything you could possibly need. It is beautifully decorated and spacious. While there we worked our way down the list of pubs, restaurants, trips and shops that Toni had recommended and I have to say, everything was fantastic. If we ever return to The Keys, I would not hesitate to book again.
Indigo Reef 41 is by far one of the nicest places I have ever stayed for a family boating vacation. We try to rent from Toni every year. Her unit is clean and has everything you could possible need including a great water view, close to pool, an ice machine, and the boat slip is in view of unit. The decor is beautiful and comfortable. She has stocked tons of spices for all to enjoy. She also provides parking, favorite spots to eat, a list of local beaches and where you can launch and park your truck and trailer. I can't wait to go back. 🙂

I cannot put into words how amazing Toni’s beautiful home is! It’s obvious how much thought she has put into making this a true home away from home. Everything you could possibly need is in the house and she has put so much helpful information together regarding activities, places to eat, etc. We will definitely be back, already trying to figure out when.
We loved every minute at this incredible oasis! Beautifully decorated, immaculate, centrally located, and just plain amazing. We enjoyed venturing out to take part in island adventures, but spent just as much time hanging out at the pool and on the back deck of Indigo Reef #41!

Our stay at Indigo Reef #41 was nothing short of amazing! The house was absolutely beautiful and had everything we needed and more. The grocery store is a short drive and the kitchen was furnished with everything you could possibly need for cooking a meal. The house is close to everything the Florida Keys has to offer, yet very secluded and quiet. The neighbors were very friendly and fun to chat with, watching the sun set right from the porch was a nightly favorite, along with the manatee visit right at the dock! Feeding the tarpon at Robbie's was an experience! We enjoyed dinner at Sparky's Landing, Sunset Grille, Lazy Days, morning walks to Marathon Bagel for breakfast, went fishing with Todd Picariello, Marathon FL Snag and Drag charter, it was a trip to remember forever!
Indigo reef #41 is the place to be if you are on Marathon key. Tucked away from the busy main drag but quick and convenient to shopping and restaurants. The house is great and Toni has thought of everything you could possibly need and provided it. The location provides beautiful sunsets and a short walk to the pool. From the canals in front we were able to see manatees. There are endless options for dining, a few noteworthy ones, Sparky’s for a great happy hour and Lazy Days where they prepared the fish we caught. All in all a number one vacation and a great place to stay. I would highly recommend Indigo Reef 41.
We have stayed here a couple of times now and can’t wait to come back. The townhouse is very clean, beds are so comfy and the kitchen is fully stocked. The house is decorated so cute too. You wake up and open the doors and get a beautiful view of the ocean and the beautiful grounds of Indigo Reef. The pool is also just steps away. Many yummy restaurants very close by. Some walking distance and some only a couple mile drive. This is our favorite place to stay. We are a family of 5. Two adults and 3 teenage boys. Fits all of us very comfortably. It’s our boys’ favorite place to visit. Fishing is a must too! Can’t wait to be back. Thank you Toni and Jesse for offering your beautiful place for people to stay. Until next time, The Madison’s! Toni and Jesse outdid themselves with making sure you feel like you are at a luxury resort, from the fully stocked kitchen to the amazing towels, there is not a single detail missed. I have never stayed at a rental that supplied beach towels let alone enough for everyone to use a different one everyday! We forgot laundry detergent and were surprised to see that it was already there for us to use. The Indigo Reef property was beautiful, clean and has the best heated pool, my kids loved it. I can’t wait to go back🌴☀️
We had a lovely stay in this very comfortable and well taken care of condo. Indigo Reef is a perfect setting for a get away to the keys. The mattresses and bedding were top quality and extremely comfortable. We had all the amenities needed for a great vacation. Very happy to have chosen this location and condo. Toni was wonderful to work with and very accessible to all our needs.

This home has everything you need to come and enjoy your time with family and friends. The community pool and marina behind your home was excellent. It has beautiful sunsets from the master balcony or lanai. The home was clean and ready for us. Everyone in the community was very nice and welcoming. Bring your own water Hose and extension for boat. We will definitely be returning.The beds and pillos were very high quality and comfortable as well.
Loved out time in UNit 41. Well maintained, everything you need to be comfortable. No need to bring any beach towels. Perfect unit if you have a boat. Slip is right out the back door. Very comfortable beds and bedding. Had one problem with out disposal but owner was super responsive and helpful in resolving! That was very much appreciated.
We had to most wonderful time at Indigo Reef 41. There was plenty of room for our family of 5. Everything you could think of was provided. This home is decorated beautifully and the view was simply amazing. We had a view of the ocean and pool. I can’t think of one thing that we needed and didn’t have. Toni was so easy to work with and I am so grateful for the time spent in her home.
We had 6 of us staying with ample place for all of us. The place is beautiful inside and out and peaceful. We went to Lobster and Steak House on a referral and that was fabulous. Marathon is nice because you are halfway down the Keys so you don't have far to go to visit all the other ones. I would recommend this place to anyone.
We love the location , just off the main road away from the hustle and bustle. East day trip to Key West. So many wonderful restaurants . Beautiful well maintained pool. The grounds are very well kept.
Indigo Reef #41 in Marathon FL does not disappoint!! Spacious vacation home, beautifully decorated, and filled with everything needed for your stay. Fully stocked kitchen with every utensil and appliance needed, spacious bedrooms with very comfortable beds, three modern bathrooms and a comfy living area for when you are not outside. We enjoyed the amazing salt water pool daily as well as walking around the marina docks and seeing the visiting manatees. The location is perfectly situated among Marathon’s delicious restaurants, lovely beaches, and so many fun activities and destinations to visit. This was our second time at Indigo Reef #41 and we wouldn’t stay anywhere else when visiting Marathon, FL!
The property is set up well for 2 to 3 couples or a family of 6. Great accommodations with a spectacularly stocked kitchen (everything you have a home and then some) plus all the spices you could want. And the sunsets are awesome. The boat slips are easy to get in and out of and very well protected from the wind or tides. Each slip has it's own water and electric. The property's commercial ice machine gives each unit and boat access to all the ice you'll need for boating, cooler and cocktails Lastly, the pool, fitness center and lawns are all well kept and great. A special mention the owner, Toni Ternus, who made the entire rental process easy while providing great insights into the area. Also, a call out to all the neighbors (especially Jim in unit 42) - they were all enjoyable and helpful when needed.
My husband and I had a wonderful 2 weeks here! Comfortable accommodations, awesome tropical pool area, amazing boat slips and dockage, and beautiful grounds. The unit was extremely well appointed and stocked with everything needed (and more!) for a great time in the Keys. The sunsets were gorgeous and some of the best we have ever seen. We enjoyed the dolphin research center, the aquarium, paddle boarding, kayaking, snorkeling, and walking numerous beaches. Toni’s restaurant recommendations were spot on! We would love to come back next year!!!
This was my second time staying at indigo #41. I traveled with my husband, brother, and sister-in-law, and the 4 of us enjoyed every second of our stay at indigo #41- the condo is fully equipped with everything we could need for our stay, the pool is amazing, and the property is beautiful! Anytime someone mentions vacationing in the keys we recommend they book indigo #41!
The owner Toni ia great to work with - she is friendly and accommodating. The condo is located in a beautifully landscaped setting with a great view of the Gulf water. The condo is fully furnished with a nautical theme, and the kitchen is well stocked with everything you might need. We love the large, warm heated pool - we swim every day! We also enjoy seeing the manatees that swim in by the docks. We spend time deep sea fishing, kayaking, walking the seven mile bridge, etc. We visit Key West (Blue Heaven is a great restaurant there) and Islamorada (Square Grouper restaurant). Marathon has many great restaurants (Steak & Lobster, Burdine's, Sparky's, Castaways, etc.). We catch fresh fish and the restaurants will cook it for you! We have stayed there four times and have already scheduled a visit for next year!
We had the best time staying at Indigo Reef #41 in Marathon. Toni the host is extremely responsive, and genuinely wants your stay there to be the best ever. The unit itself is impeccably decorated and furnished with everything you could possibly need for a tropical vacay! The grounds are beautiful. We spent a part of each day floating in the pool, which was so relaxing. We enjoyed morning coffee on the porch, with views of the canal, and the ocean. Stunning! There are several grills for use on the property, which we used a couple of times. One evening we dined down by the canal, with a gorgeous sunset in tow. The area is centrally located in the keys, with easy access to many restaurants, and things to do. We love Lorelei's, Island Fish Co. and Florida Steak and Lobster House, to name a few. The Wooden Spoon is a great little place for breakfast. We rented a boat for the day from Captain Pip's. Very reasonably priced, and super easy process. We also visited Sombrero Beach and Bahai Honda State Park (also a beach), which is very close to the rental. Scenic views, and white sand beaches. Was a perfect week! Thank you, Toni! We will be back!
Property has beautiful view of the water from the upper and lower balconies, which both have sizable sitting areas. Large master suite and lots of pots/pans and related to use in kitchen. Large pool close to unit.

This was our first stay at Indigo Reef and we loved it! This unit has the perfect location, quick walk to the pool, load your boat, etc. The beds and linens were super comfy. The kitchen is nicely stocked with everything and anything you need to cook. Nice big wine glasses too! Great hosts, quick communication. We will try to stay again if we come back to Marathon! We would highly recommend renting Indigo Reef #41 with Toni Ternus! She and her husband were absolutely the best people to work with regarding their home in Marathon, Florida. Her communication is top notch! The photos do not do it justice and the photos are beautiful so you can only imagine seeing the home & area in person. It is perfectly located, so quiet and peaceful, so very relaxing and absolutely beautiful sunsets! Our family had the best vacation and it was so needed. Her home is clean/spotless, contained everything you could imagine and need in her kitchen and had a wonderful supply of nice towels and wash cloths… Very good quality & plenty, which is very rare in renting homes. She had every spice and so many cooking things available that you could ever need. We highly recommend renting this beautiful home from a fantastic couple! She made everything so easy, was so welcoming, and walking into their home just felt great! She had an information area set up with everything you need to know about the area, plus she went above and beyond and messaged us two pages of places to eat and shop with details on all of them. We could not ask for a better place to have stayed 8 days! Going home was the hardest thing ever! You will not be disappointed!! 5 Stars!
We arrived at Indigo Reef #41 for a family vacation. The property was extremely clean and nicely decorated. No detail was missed. Plenty of bath & pool towels, soft bedding, fully stocked kitchen and appliances. The extra freezer was also a nice surprise. Very comfortable. Toni was so helpful with her reccomendations and easy to communicate with. The boat slip and new docks are located very close to her unit so it was easy to load and unload the boat. The entire property is beautifully maintained. Huge pool, ice machine, etc. We just love it here. Thanks again Toni. So glad you had a last minute opening. Can't wait to come back. 😀
Everything was great. The location and house are beautiful. Well equipped kitchen . Toni (the owner) is very quick to respond. We had a great vacation, even used the boat dock and rented a small boat. Would definitely return.
The property was very well maintained and the owner takes pride in their Villa. We lucked out with finding this particular Villa. The boat docks were amazing. We loved taking boat rides to some of the local restaurants like Lighthouse Grill and running a few miles out through Vaca Cut to fish. We will definitely be back to Villa 41 soon.
Indigo Reef 41 is exactly as advertised. We've stayed in several other villas here and this by far was the cleanest, most well decorated and stocked unit of them all. There are a ton of kitchen supplies including pots and pans, spices, cleaning supplies, air fryer, blender, you name it. The extra bed and bath linens came in handy during our extended stay. The boat slip location is the perfect proximity to the villa and fish cleaning tables. The owner Toni has really thought of everything (including a dive flag and a few small fishing rods). She was very responsive to our communication leading up to and during the stay. We can't say enough good things about our experience in Indigo Reef 41. We'll definitely be back next summer.
Hi - we have stayed at beautiful Indigo Reef a number of times, but #41 is definitely the best unit available. It's totally loaded and beautiful inside! Does not have the feel of a rental unit at all. What a great place to bring the family for some R&R and the fishing is just unbelievable. Pool is great too and the new docks are insane - make sure you book your next trip here!
We really enjoyed 41 Indigo Reef. The condo was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. You really feel like you are on vacation here. Toni was great with communication through the booking process as well as responding when we had an issue with the internet. The property was heaven, we spent every single night at the pool with our kids. We hope to be back someday!

Our family (2 kids, ages 11 and 12) had an absolute blast at this property. The unit was decorated beautifully, was very clean and ready to go with EVERYTHING we might want or need! Fully stocked kitchen with spices and every appliance imaginable. Beds were super comfy. We enjoyed many morning coffees and sunsets from the well appointed decks that overlooked the water. Simply beautiful. The pool was warm, very well maintained, and there were community floaties/noodles for the kids, which was awesome. We also enjoyed fishing from the docks with the rods that were provided in the unit. Super easy check-in/check-out and parking. All communications from the owners were timely and clear. Toni was super responsive to the couple of questions we had. The property is perfectly located for exploring the Keys - only a 25 min drive from Islamorada, 20 min to Bahia Honda State Park, and Big Pine Key (where you can go snorkeling at Looe Key), and a little over an hour to Key West - not bad at all. This is THE place to stay - we will certainly be back to this unit if we visit the Keys again! THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING!

The place was perfect in every way, location the house was clean & everything you could possibly need was there! It felt like home. Only had a few questions for Toni and she got back to me in minutes!! The sunset was amazing I would HIGHLY recommend staying here!!
The home could not have been more perfect for accommodations and spotless. On the water to watch sunsets or close to the pool to relax. On the porch for morning coffee and reading. Everything one needs was provided. Totally AWESOME.

We had a great time at Indigo Reef #41. Toni was a fantastic host and made us feel very welcome. From the very moment we walked in we felt like we were at a resort. Everything we needed was available during our stay. Toni even let us use their beach chairs which made our beach excursions so much more enjoyable. The view and sunsets were priceless! The pool was heated and amazing. Most days we enjoyed a swim and cocktail to cap off a perfect day in the Keys. Our favorite restaurants were Sparky's Landing and Island Fish Company. We rented a boat for the day and saw a lot of beautiful areas that you just don't see from land. This place was the perfect choice for us to experience Marathon for the very first time. We definitely would like to make a return trip to Indigo Reef #41.

From the linens to the beach towels to the comfortable furnishings, everything was perfect. The views and sunset from the back patio were beautiful. Would love to return!
We had the best time at this beautifully decorated condo. It was well stocked with everything we needed and more. We had great weather and were able to enjoy the pool and the marine life in the canal off of the dock. We went snorkeling, enjoyed sunsets at Sombrero beach and drove to Key West for a day trip. We would definitely recommend this beautiful condo and can’t wait to return.
Indigo reef #41 is absolutely perfect! Toni is an amazing host, communication was flawless, loved all the personal touches, and ample amenities. The indigo reef property is stunning and well kept. Loved lazy days by the gorgeous landscaped pool. We got to enjoy some marine life in the canals. My husband and I traveled to marathon keys with my parents and #41 was perfect, we each had our own room and bathrooms. The kitchen was stocked with every small appliance you could think of. The location of this condo was perfect. 1 hr drive to key west and key largo, 30 minutes to islamorada and big pine key. Highly recommend staying at Indigo Reef #41. Seriously look no further and stay here!
This is the 2nd time we have rented this condo from Toni & Jesse. Won’t be our last! The condo is clean, smells fresh. The Mitch is well stocked with kitchen appliances & some spices. Several family members stayed in 41 and others in another unit for an awesome small family reunion! Everything about Indigo Reef exceeded out expectations. Unit 41 is so spacious, decks everywhere for relaxing, comfortable furnishing and a kitchen better equipped than my own. Having a dock out front and accessible was perfect. Indigo Reef #41 is the perfect vacation rental. Toni is attentive and responsive for all of your needs. The home is beautiful and has anything you need. All you need to do is show up and everything else is ready for you. The pool is perfect and the grounds are well kept and beautiful. The morning and evening views from the deck are STUNNING. This is one of the best rentals we have ever used and I would highly recommend.

I've been staying at the Indigo Reef for the past 10 years and have always enjoyed it except the past 2 years we were not happy with the condition of the Villa we were renting and the rental agency really didn't care . Before I made a decision to rent at the Indigo Reef again I came across Villa #41 and it was everything that the owner (Toni) described it was. The kitchen was fully stocked for any type of cooking you wanted to do and the decor was really nice. If you ever had any questions you could text Toni and she would reply immediately. It was by far the most accommodating rental I have ever had in the Keys for the past 35 years that I have been going and it was so reassuring dealing direct with the actual owners. A matter of fact I have already booked it for next year as well. Thank you again Toni for making our Vacation so much more enjoyable knowing that the accommodations are exactly what you said they are. See ya soon Lee Bryan
Words cannot describe how nice Indigo Reef #41 is. We have stayed at many vacation homes through the years, and this is without doubt the nicest we have ever been to. The house is fully stocked with every appliances you can think of (my Cullinary Arts Student Daughter was super impressed). Everything is super clean. The decorations are very tasteful and not overly done. Toni has been an absolute perfect host. Communication and advice on the area was top notch. All round it was a heavenly vacation. Highly recommended.
The house was conveniently located easy to find and absolutely beautiful views. You couldn’t ask for a better place. The owners hospitality and quick response to any questions we had was a plus too.
Our family had a wonderful week in Toni’s voila! This was our 2nd stay at Indigo Reef and we love this place. #41 is beautifully decorated and just as described. We took advantage of the pool, the ice machine, the gym, our boat slip for our rental boat, and relaxing on the back porch enjoying the view! We had frequent visits by the super special and incredible manatee. We snorkeled off at the end of the property and saw lobster and fish. We will definitely stay here again given the opportunity!
We had a fabulous time spending a week at Toni’s villa in Indigo Reef! The villa is beautifully decorated and just as described! The kitchen is well stocked and we cooked many meals there. Our favorite experience was the manatees that visited almost daily. We loved having our boat that we rented right out the back door. We used the gym and the pool which were both nice to have. The grounds are well kept and beautiful as well as safe. We hope to visit again in the future! Toni was very easy to work with and available for any questions. Highly recommend!

I cannot put into words the magnificence of Indigo Reef #41! The house is a dream! From the decor, fully stocked kitchen, beach towels, washer/dryer, incredibly comfortable beds to the views on the back deck...this place has everything to offer! The only part we didn't like was having to leave when our week was over. We are already planning our next visit! Toni was wonderful to work with. She worked so hard making sure our trip was a successful! You will not be disappointed!
We enjoyed our stay at Indigo Reef #41 so very much!! This lovely vacation home has everything! It has the perfect vibe! Perfect decor! We made pina coladas with the blender provided and brougt out to the pool in the adorable embossed cups. (Such a cute idea!) We sat out on the back porch and watched the gorgeous sunsets. In the mornings we had coffee, read books and enjoyed the peaceful view from the second floor balcony. We went to Sombrero beach, we went parasailing, we saw seven manatees in the canal. (Amazing!) We ate at Sparky's, Castaways, Burdine's, Porky's Bayside & Lazy Days. We also drove 30 minutes to Islamorada and had a sunset dinner on the beach at Morada Bay Restaurant. Spectacular! Great photo op!! The men went fishing one day while the ladies drove our rented jeep to Key West where we shopped, found great key lime pie, had lobster rolls at DJ's Clam Shack and had to get a photo by the southernmost point buoy, with mojitos in hand! We brought the fish the guys caught to Frank's Grill, where they cooked it up and added pasta, broccoli, Caesar salad and bread. We then brought it back to #41 to eat our prepared dinner, it was fantastic! Indigo Reef #41 provided all the necessities and so much more! We truly had an amazing time. You can do as little or as much as you want. We left refreshed and happy. What more could you ask for?!? 😊❤
Toni & Jesse have thought through every last impeccable detail to ensure you spend every moment relaxing. Beautifully decorated, lovely beds, high quality linens, fully stocked kitchen (and easy to get to grocery store) and whimsical decor make you feel immediately at home. The grounds are immaculate and the pool is wonderful. And those manatees in the canal! We really had a fabulous stay and recommend very highly. From the moment we booked Indigo Reef #41 the customer service was a 5-star! Toni sent us this amazing document with all of her favorite things to do in the keys. We often referred to this on our trip and found some really cool places. The bagel shop is a must! So is Sunset Grill!!!! Not only does she recommend places to eat and things to do, but she gives you quick details to help you fit them into your schedule. From the moment we walked into this house, we knew our trip was going to be amazing! The house is so clean and beautiful and had everything you could possibly need. Toni did not skip on any detail! From the quality of the beach towels, to the ninja blender and Keurig coffee machine, to the available laundry detergent, no detail was too small for her. We enjoyed the pool, saw the manatees, and walked the beautiful grounds of Indigo Reef. Anytime I had a question about the house or the keys, Toni was just a text message away. Indigo Reef #41 will forever be our home in the keys. There is no reason to stay anywhere else!
My wife and I loved the place. Everything is clean and high quality. The salt water pool was great. Met some of the neighbors, all nice. When I come down alone I stay on a friend's boat, but my wife wants more creature comforts. She got them here! I'm not sure she'll settle for anyplace else next year.
We had the most amazing stay at Indigo Reef #41. The home is beautiful, such fun decorating and every amenity you could think of - and the comfy bed!! If not for the amazing views and perfect weather awaiting outside it would be tough to get out of bed. The views - off the master balcony and the front porch - postcard perfect all day long and at sunset. Great location within Indigo Reef - just steps away from the pool and boat slips where we saw manatees every day. The kitchen was fully equipped to cook or bake anything, but there were so many great restaurants just a few minutes away; we loved Sparky’s, Sunset Grille, Burdines, and Marathon Bagel - great recommendations from Toni. The drive from Miami to Marathon is so beautiful, our kids were sick of us saying “look at the color of that water” every time we went over a bridge, but I couldn’t get enough of that turquoise blue water. I long to be back at Indigo Reef #41 and can’t wait to plan a return visit.
The condo was lovely. The owner had everything you need for your vacation. All kitchen supplies, beach towels, bath towels. You need it, it was there. The condo was clean and well decorated. We liked the location which was close to the pool with beautiful sunset views from patio. The grounds were very well maintained. Definitely would recommend Indigo Reef #41!
Indigo Reef #41 was a fabulous location for a tropical get away! I am very much a detail person & condo #41 was squeaky clean, well appointed, beautifully furnished & wonderfully spacious! The gathering areas were large & comfortable, the sleeping areas were private, quiet, and SO comfortable (both beds & linens)! Everyone slept like a dream after our days of adventure! The grounds & heated saltwater pool were huge & I felt like we had it all to ourselves almost the entire time! There is a lot of space for kids to run around, clean well kept sidewalks & docks with visiting manatees! Toni was so easy to book with & was so excited to help me plan a wonderful vacation! She had great recommendations for dining, groceries & adventure! We booked a day of fishing with her recommended guide Connor & had great success! We also took her recommendation for a day (6hr) of adventure with Fury water sports- which included: breakfast, lunch, beverages, parasailing, jet skiing, banana boating, inflatable ocean playground & snorkeling for only $144! Her dining suggestions were great- we enjoyed Marathon Bagel, Sparky’s & Burdine’s (especially the fried key lime pie & dolphins swimming by)! Toni also shipped a pizza pan ASAP when I inquired if one was available. She was so friendly & accommodating! We can’t wait to return to her piece of paradise! Thanks for the memories!!
Thank you for the wonderful time on Marathon Island. Indigo Reef #41 made our stay perfect! We have always loved the Keys, and now found the perfect property to make our stays even better. Toni was a gracious and helpful host. She knows the area well, so always knew what to recommend for any need we had. The house it's self is so comfortable and spacious. Every detail from the fluffy towels, the extra comfortable beds, to the well stocked kitchen were perfect. The location of this house is ideal, both on the property and within the island. The pool is right off the back patio, with a direct view of the docks and one of the most beautiful sunsets we have ever seen! You can also find manatees right off the docks. When approaching the property you start to feel like you are off the beaten path, but in reality, you are right in the middle of everything! Some of our favorite, nearby restaurants were: Burdines - great water views (we saw dolphins), try the fried key lime pie! Sparky's - Loved the fun atmosphere and food Lazy Days - Amazing food! Everything was delicious Check out the Aquarium Encounters! Our teenage daughters did the Coral Reef Encounter. Is was one of their trip highlights. Sombrero Beach is near by and so beautiful! All in all, it was an amazing stay! We can't wait to return to Indigo Reef #41
Cannot say enough about this beautiful paradise home you have. From walking in the front door to the views out of the back...all of it was amazing. Beautifully decorated, it screams cozy and comfort!! The furniture, including beds, are more comfortable than mine at home. The kitchen is so well stocked with anything you could need, making a cozy dinner night in completely convenient! However, there are so many amazing places nearby serving delicious food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Seeing the manatees right out of our doorstep was a bucket list item checked off (loved it!!). I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you for being so thoughtful of your guests and making sure our every need was met. Best vacation house experience we’ve had!
Indigo Reef 41 is perfect in every way. We had a family group of 5 adults and one toddler and each of us would say it was perfect. The condo was beautifully decorated and had every and anything you could possibly need. It had a large open space on the first floor where we spent many hours sharing family time. I can’t say enough about the condo interior, but need to also say how perfect the resort is. First of all, it is in a secluded location so there is NO road traffic or noise from anywhere else. It is a small resort and feels very intimate but has a beautiful large heated salt pool and lots of boat dock/space. There is also a lot of green space for kids to play. Loves the location!! Toni was amazing to work with and we appreciated that so much. From our first encounter with her to follow up emails and texts she was a perfect owner to work with. We can’t say enough about our entire experience and would recommend this owner and her beautiful vacation home 100%. Thank you for sharing your perfect piece of paradise in Marathon Key with us as it made for a perfect holiday gift for our family. We would most definitely return to this exact unit.
Everything about this vacation rental was awesome. I booked the vacation last minute directly with the owner. The booking process was easy and secure. All the communication about the rental was prompt and clear. Once we got there we were not disappointed. The unit is nicely located with a great view of the water. We had rented a boat and the dock is steps out your door making it easy to load and unload. You are close to the pool but it isn't right in front of you either! The unit itself is stocked really well with every appliance and cooking tool you might need. The furniture and décor is modern and in great shape. You won't be disappointed with this one!

This was my first time in the Keys and it did not disappoint!! Such a beautiful condo with the most thoughtful amenities and gorgeous decor!! I loved the deck/patio to enjoy the evenings and lovely sunsets 🌅 The saltwater pool is right out back and has beautiful views.... I was so excited to be visited by a manatee on the boat slip!! So incredible!! It’s the perfect place to go to have both adventure like snorkeling and jet skiing to relaxing days on beautiful Sombrero beach 🏖 Everyone was so friendly and helpful with ideas and suggestions on fun places to visit!! Could definitely get used to this little piece of heaven!! *Special thanks to Toni for taking such good care of us!!
All started with owner Toni being so genuine and excited for my trip. She checked with me weeks and days PRIOR to arrival (who does that). She guided me to all the great hotspots, almost like a mind reader 🤔. Once we arrived in Miami, we followed the advice on a couple places to check out along the journey to Marathon. It’s was amazing!! Once we reached the gates it was like I could feel what little stress was left leave my body. Literally a slice of paradise, the grounds are immaculate, covered parking (great for my topless Jeep). The condo was perfectly decorated - up to date and clean (it’s not often tile floors feel silky at my house). We spent a few minutes exploring the condo and lying on the beds. The beds are so comfortable, all of them - even the kids beds! The kitchen is FULLY stocked, even has washable straws and Arctic style cups to keep frozen drinks frozen for hours (tried and true 👍🏼). Hall closet at top of stairs is fully stocked with beach towels, a beach bag and other various items!!! So nice to not have to pack them for the trip! Every room has a balcony, but no worries, the kids room is secured. The master has walk in shower, separate tub and the towels are great quality soft and fresh (that’s a big deal for me). The master balcony overlooks not only the pool, but the boat slip and the bay! That bay at sunset is definitely worth seeing!! Manatees and dolphins are around you just need to watch for them!! The manatees come right to the slip. One morning I sat on the slip steps with my coffee just watching fish and here she came, this huge majestic manatee stuck her head up and rolled a couple times showing off her belly - it was truly amazing to see in its natural habitat. I traveled all around Marathon, visiting many recommended beaches and restaurants (Burdines is so awesome - “trust the journey” getting there it’s worth it - and yes, fried key lime pie it looks like a burrito and has solid hard ice cream inside - truly worth it and I’m NOT a key lime fan so go figure 🤷🏼♀️. Sombrero Beach was my favorite and its sunset does not disappoint! Went to Key West for a day - such history there it was great to explore and the seafood was amazing! Drinks always taste better on vacation ☀️ After a day of sun and fun, it was good to relax at the condo with a drink and sit by the pool - beautifully lit at night and the moonlight against the water and palm trees was stunning!!! Prior to the trip I watched the extended weather forecast and it didn’t look good - showed possible thunderstorms almost everyday. Toni assured me that it would typically rain but only for a short time and then it would quickly return to sunshine ☀️. Well, she nailed that too!!!! It was 80-90 and sunny to partial cloudy the entire trip. Oh yes it did rain once for about 15 minutes 🤷🏼♀️ I could go on and on... to put it simply, I can’t wait to go back - it was simple, priceless, and Indigo Reef 41 is worth it!

We booked relatively last minute due to our other plans being cancelled...thanks COVID. The booking process was extremely smooth and easy and Toni responded to all my questions quickly and was able to finalize everything in minutes. Arriving at the property we were very impressed the manicured landscaping and cleanliness-very tropical and scenic. Indigo Reef #41 is by far, the most well stocked vacation property we have ever rented. We cooked at home quite, and there wasn't a single thing we needed. (Yes, they even have a Pineapple Corer and Waffle Maker). The decor is flawless and very coastal and the home was spotlessly cleaned prior to our arrival. The home also had top end appliances, and the washer/dryer were used daily! The Pool was great, even with the reduced services and half occupancy rules we were able to go daily. Seeing the Manatees swim right up to the dock was probably the highlight of the week. The location was great for quick day trips down to Key West. Marathon has plenty of restaurants and stores as well! We loved: Burdines, LightHouse Grill and Castaway. The Turtle Hospital was great for the whole family, too! We loved our stay & hope to be back again soon!
I have always been leery about renting a vacation property- i have had a few bad experiences. Indigo Reef #41 turned my opinion right around my family had a great time. Everything is top notch, and easy as can be! We even saw manatees at the dock, which was a huge win. If you plan to rent a boat and get out on the water in the area you can't beat this place!
We’ve stayed in multiple units at indigo reef over the last 8 years. This was by far the best unit we’ve ever had there. Toni was easy to deal with. Unit was stocked up on beach towels, toilet paper, insulated cups for pool, a Kuerig, a deep freezer and even spices! Close to pool and your boat slip. Very nicely decorated. Glad to see a unit without the cheap stock furniture. Thanks again! We’ll see you next year Toni!

Toni was awesome and super responsive! The unit had a great view, great location and was stocked with everything you need for a family vacay. The community was an awesome place for kids and having our own boat slip made life so much easier. Beds were some of the most comfortable I have ever slept in. This property is excellent for families but not so much for two adult couples as the second bedroom is very small with no view. Also, this might be because we are European, but we thought words like resort and marina in the listing meant that there would be a restaurant within the property and an actual marina with a shop, etc. Otherwise, the townhouses is excellent. The living space downstairs is fantastic, sunsets from the deck are beautiful, the house is well stocked and there are many things to see and do in Marathon, as long as you are able to drive everywhere. Toni the owner was great at communicating with us and gave us some really excellent recommendations on things to do and restaurants to visit. Overall we had a wonderful week in Marathon.

This wonderful condo located on Marathon Key allows for relaxation in sunny Florida with out the crazy tourism! Private pool, beautiful bay views, comfortable beds, amazing nautical decor, and just minutes from all the delicious seafood and best beaches the Keys have to offer! We will definitely be going back!

This was our first time visiting the Keys and it was such an amazing experience from the most comfortable beds to the best stocked kitchen! This unique place is so comfortable and enjoyable. It has everything you could ever want. The atmosphere was so relaxing and incredible views of the sunset were perfect from the deck. The manatees visiting made my week!! Drove to Islamorada for dinner at Marker 88. Also had dinners at Sparky's, Burdine's (great hush puppies), Florida Keys Fisheries, Florida Keys Steak & Lobster House (twice) and Sweet Savannah's for cupcakes!! My favorite moment was seeing the manatees in the canal! I've never seen one and it flipped over to show us her belly! Thank you Toni & Jesse! Your place is so nice! We were lazy and enjoyed the pool daily. We hope to be back again next year.

This villa boasts luxury from the decor, the gourmet stocked kitchen, furnishings, linens, location and amenities. It is very clean and well kept...what you see online is what you get plus a few surprises (it seems like the owners are always updating , decorating or adding a new gadget in the kitchen). This was our 2nd year staying at Unit 41. Great location for families. Publix, pizza, and ice cream are all within a 10 minute drive. Kitchen has everything you’ll need. Plenty of space inside and outside. Owners are always very accommodating! Can’t wait for 2020!
From the minute the beautiful gate opened at Indigo Reef I knew I was in for a treat. This was my first trip to the Keys and my stay at Indigo Reef #41 did not disappoint. The owners spared no details. The kitchen was fully equipped, the decor was so inviting and the bedrooms were cozy. The views were breathtaking and the sunset was amazing. My friend and I enjoyed the lush grounds and the sparkling pool. We were even treated to manatees right at the dock. The island of Marathon offered great parks, restaurants and shopping. Do not miss the fried key lime pie at Burdines and the bagels at Marathon Bagel. We also had great meals at The Lighthouse Grill and Sparkys. All in all I had such a good time and would recommend Indigo Reef #41 to anyone!

My wife Barbara and I are in our mid-70s and enjoy the opportunities to saltwater fish and even went parasailing!! The owners - Toni & Jesse recommended several OUTSTANDING places to eat. Sparky's is a must, Frank's and Lazy Days also! Loved the pool for short swim a few times a day. I am not a individual that likes to sit in the sun. Shade at the pool is very nice but the shade, cool breeze and view from the upper porch deck can’t be beat. We will return again!

The neighborhood is fantastic, the house is so cozy and I can't wait to return. This is my first trip to the Keys and I felt at home the minute I walked through the door. Five stars!! Spacious waterfront condo in a beautifully landscaped setting. The porches offered great views of the water and sunsets ( female and baby manatees swam into the boat dock area right in front of the condo). Great amenities: Keurig, well stocked kitchen, washer & dryer, etc. Loved the heated swimming pool - swam every day (had great weather)! Love Marathon Key due to all of the activities (deep sea fishing, kayaking, walking the 7 Mile bridge, Aquarium, Dolphin Research Center, etc.) and the many bars/restaurants. Plan to return next year. Owner provides great customer service.

Planned the vaca a long time ago with close friends and neighbors. We drove from Minnesota! We snorkeled, toured, ate a ton of food and got sunburns - LOL. Enjoyed the Florida Keys Aquarium, walking, shopping, Duval Street and our personal favorite was Robbie's snorkeling. Your place is beautiful!! I truly enjoyed every moment and would love to return.
Staying at Indigo Reef #41 was the best decision that my family could have made! The house is beautiful, well kept, and perfectly furnished. It has an amazing view from the porch! The house is located just adjacent to the pool area and this is a convenient feature for those visiting with children so they can easily come and go from the house. The house slept 6 people very comfortably and offered enough privacy for those who like to sleep in or take an afternoon nap. If you choose to stay in this home you will not be disappointed. When my family returns there is no other place we would rather call home for the week!
Thank you, Jesse & Toni. There were some manatees that followed a fishing boat into the bay. Four of them hung around sunbathing! Lots of iguanas and geckos around the pool area, parking area and climbing trees. We will definitely be back.

Lots of room for 4 fishing seniors. Dock was steps from the back door. Deck outside was perfect for relaxing after a day on the water.
What a way to start the summer! Indigo Reef 41 was by far the best spot we've stayed in the Keys. The home was large, warm, and inviting---and most importantly CLEAN! Kitchen had everything you'll need. Property is very secluded, far from the traffic noise on HWY 1. The pool is huge and a very short walk from 41. Travelling with boys ages 4 and 5, bagels, ice cream, and pizza were a huge part of our vacation "diet" and all were within minutes of Indigo Reef. Day trips to Key West, Bahia Honda, and Islamorada were a breeze from Indigo Reef. We loved it so much, we booked Indigo Reef 41 for June 2019!
Beautiful, well organized and presented. Peaceful and centrally located for all of the Keys. This home met all our criteria for a Home Away rental and exceeded as a peaceful and enjoyable location.
We went to Key West, fished on Marathon Lady, Sparky's for happy hour, Turtle Hospital, swam every day, and fed the tarpon at Bud N' Mary's. We walked to Marathon Bagel every morning. Key West was entertaining, fishing was fun and we saw the best sunsets on the planet!! We are truly blessed to have such wonderful friends in our lives. Thanks again, Jesse & Toni. You're the best!
#41 is truly a slice of heaven! Being my first time in the Florida Keys, I was in awe from the time we drove through the gates of Indigo Reef until the moment I had to leave. The stunning development is professionally manicured with a large salt water swimming pool and views of the Gulf of Mexico. This home is in the best location of any of the homes in the development. It offers an unobstructed view of the bay, canal and is close to the pool. Walking into this beautifully decorated villa not only offered the amenities of home but also has breathtaking views off of either of the 2 sea-facing balconies. The 2nd and 3rd bedroom also have a shared balcony on the other side of the home. The owners truly added quality amenities you will not find in any other rental home. We were able to see a few other homes in this development and not one was remotely as beautiful and clean as this home. Every item in this home is new and the entire home is tastefully decorated. This is a luxurious get away in paradise! The first morning of our stay, we were fortunate to see 6 manatees while sipping our morning coffee right from our deck! What an amazing experience to see them right at boat slip #41. Marathon is the best location in the Keys: 50 short minutes to Key West, 10 minutes to beautiful ocean Sombrero Beach, many great entertainment & food establishments within 5-10 minutes and the conveniences of my favorite grocery store Publix and Walgreens is just blocks away. We enjoyed Sparky’s Landing for the best burger in town and Burdine’s with their amazing ocean views and many offerings of organic menu options. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to relax, sit in the sun and have fun with friends. I can’t wait for the day to be back in #41!
The house was incredible, everything you could want, tons of space, great location and views, modern and clean furnishings, well equipped kitchen and a boat outside your door. Loved it!
